1. Unwind a small amount of floss from the dispenser. 2. Gently slide the floss between your teeth, avoiding snapping it into the gums. 3. Curve the floss around the base of each tooth, making a ‘C’ shape. 4. Gently move the floss up and down to remove plaque and food particles. 5. Repeat this process for each tooth, using a fresh section of floss.
